We came across this lovely terrace in Highgate when on a bike ride. Hungry from our exertions, we grabbed a pizza on one of the outside tables (which are shared between Bistro Laz and the pizza place).
This pizza – buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes – was pretty tasty. I wouldn’t rush back to eat again here indoors, but on a sunny day you can sit back and enjoy the villagey Highgate buzz, and almost imagine you’re on holiday somewhere far from London.
Refuelled, it was only a short ride around the park to visit National Trust property, Fenton House.
